The Battalion S-4 is responsible for maintaining property accountability and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse. They are also responsible for providing a standard procedure to recover uniforms from cadets who have left the JROTC Program, and those cadets who fail to turn in their uniforms and equipment at the end of each school semester/year. Furthermore they are responsible for providing specific instructions concerning authority, use and files relating to use of the US Government Credit Card and for providing Sufficient internal controls to prohibit fraud, waste and abuse. |
