As our LIC Bulldog Battalion Raider Team prepares for their upcoming raider competition, they work hard to improve their abilities to do better in the events that will have to be accomplished in the competition.

As they prepare for competition they also work hard as a team to help each other improving the events and exceed the qualifications needed to be on a team. The objective is to compete and win! Though our raider team is a new one, we plan on doing everything possible to bring a trophy back home. Like every other team, they practice after school and on the weekends to help enhance their strength. They also study first aid and practice setting up a Rope Bridge in a short amount of times as possible. Last but not least, they run 5 miles with backpacks full of equipment.

Our raider team will succeed and conquer their goal in winning their first competition for most of them being lead by our former raider that has competed Captain Garcia, Eric. Bulldog Raider Team keep up the good work!

The raider national team did amazing at their first time going. When everyone else doubted them, they proved everyone wrong by making history. Due to their amazing physical fitness scores they annihilated the competition by beating every other team in their division with over three hundred points. Major General Winfield stated “It was a never before seen win, congratulations L.I.C”. Although the team didn’t get overall 1st place, their amazing achievement brought tears to their coach Major Evans. His only words when he heard the Major General Winfield say they were champions were “we’re champions, we’re national champs”

The raiders pulled through and worked as a team, it was an amazing sight to see, watching these teenagers work as a family to do their best and make their coach proud. When asked what they had in their mind all along, they responded with “we did it for dad” “we had to prove all of them wrong, were not losers”. Congratulations raiders, your battalion is very proud of you. The raiders will now prepare for leagues and brigades; Frances Lewis will be waiting for them there.
